Becoming a Buddy
We'd love to build a real network of Community members, on hand to help out with new projects. Everyone has an area of expertise that they know best, whether this is agriculture and farming, construction and mechanics, tech or arts and crafts - the areas of expertise are honestly endless. The Buddy system is an opportunity to use your knowledge for the benefit of the whole community, supporting applicants who need a helping hand with their projects.

Some applicants might be very enthusiastic about a new idea they've had for a project, but don't have any experience in the field of the project. This is where a Buddy can step up to help them out, acting as a sounding board and advisor that can help point the project in the right direction.

If this role sounds like fun to you and you'd like to get involved, we want to hear from you! Even if you aren't sure how best you'd be able to help, a quick conversation with the Fund Administrator would give you some more details and thinking space to help you figure out what exactly you want to bring to the role. The more Buddies we get, the more projects will have the support they need!
